Harlyn Chacon, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Harlyn Chacon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in children’s outpatient behavioral health and community mental health services. She holds a Master of Social Work degree with a child and family focus from Arizona State University and is trained in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices, including Certified Trauma Specialist methodologies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR.
Throughout her career, Harlyn has worked with youth experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, behavioral concerns, and complex family stressors. Her clinical and leadership approach emphasizes family-centered treatment, culturally responsive care, and evidence-based interventions that support meaningful and lasting outcomes.
As a clinical leader, Harlyn is passionate about program development, staff mentorship, and strengthening systems of care that improve access to behavioral health services for underserved populations. She is committed to creating supportive environments where both clients and clinicians can thrive while promoting innovation, collaboration, and clinical integrity across outpatient services.
Dr. Chanté Dickerson
Medical Director
Dr. Chanté Dickerson is a double board-certified psychiatrist in General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, and serves as Medical Director at Ebony House, Inc. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from A.T. Still University and completed both her psychiatry residency and her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Creighton University.
Her clinical experience spans inpatient, residential, and outpatient settings, with particular focus on substance use and co-occurring psychiatric conditions in adults and adolescents. She works alongside clinical teams to build treatment approaches that are evidence-based, culturally responsive, and practical for the people actually receiving care.
Dr. Dickerson is also the founder of Onward Health & Wellness, a telehealth psychiatry practice serving adults across Arizona.
Lovely Poole, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Lovely Poole, LCSW a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Director, and behavioral health consultant. She provides leadership for adult outpatient behavioral health and residential programs serving individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, with a focus on clinical excellence, and staff development.
A proud HBCU graduate of Clark Atlanta University, Lovely has served as a Clinical Director, outpatient therapist, medical social worker, school social worker, and private practice owner. Her clinical expertise includes anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and medical social work. Passionate about expanding access to quality behavioral healthcare, she is dedicated to reducing stigma, mentoring clinicians, and helping individuals and families achieve lasting healing and recovery.
