All of our programs are provided as a catalyst for developing, restoring or maintaining behaviors that make possible appropriate functioning in school, work and the community. Ebony House, Inc. a non-profit agency has provided more than thirty eight years of quality behavioral health service to adults and children. This agency offers both intensive and standard outpatient services; peer support and family support; and gender specific programming, along with evidence-based group curriculums; education and prevention services to adults, children and their families.
Level II Residential Drug Treatment is available for adult men and women suffering from issues related to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Our women’s center targets the pregnant and parenting addict, allowing them to bring their young children to live with them during their treatment stay; and, where needed, assisting them in family reunification.
Our Youth & Young Adult Outpatient Program provides behavioral mental health services to children and young adults (through the age of 24) who need to adjust and stabilize behaviors that affect relationships with parents, caregivers, siblings and peers. A home-based agency, the program includes off-site intervention, where needed.
Our Ebony House, Inc. HIV/STD Prevention Outreach and Education advanced street outreach teams focus their efforts on minority communities in metropolitan Phoenix, providing one-on-one interventions, group counseling, and HIV/AIDS/STD counseling and testing, along with Health Education and Risk Reduction workshops, health fairs, outreach services, and provides mobile units that travel across Maricopa County giving HIV oral swab tests to anyone that wishes. They also focus on Prevention for Positives through our Ryan White Part A Outreach and Case Management Services.
