A 10-bed Level II residential program, Elba House provides comprehensive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitative services targeting pregnant and parenting women, ages 18 and older, in a 24-hour supervised environment. Admission is based on the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM), and treatment is individualized. Elba House accepts eligible applicants who present with co-occurring disorders and who are stable on their medication. Elba House is licensed and credentialed through the Arizona Department of Health Services and the Regional Behavioral Health Authority. As part of the program’s holistic approach, participants are connected with mental health care in Phoenix, Arizona, to support recovery from co-occurring conditions and promote emotional well-being.
